Heure & Repères uses an optional Google sign-in, for two independent purposes: reading your calendar (to show your next appointment, read-only, nothing stored on any server) and, if you turned it on, backing up your settings to your Google account (appointments entered in the app, treatments, direct-call contact, preferences). Only that backup creates a server-side copy; it is the only thing there may be to delete.

From the app (immediate)

1. Open Heure & Repères;
2. open Settings (gear icon, top right), then Advanced settings;
3. in the Google Calendar section, tap Disconnect Google Calendar to stop reading your calendar;
4. in the Settings backup section, tap Turn off backup to stop any upload to your account.

Disconnecting the calendar immediately removes the app's access to your calendar on this device. Turning the backup off stops uploads; the copy already saved stays tied to your account (so you can restore it later) until you request its deletion by email, as described below.

Revoke access completely

To make sure the app can no longer access your Google data, remove its authorisation from your Google account:

1. Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions;
2. select Heure & Repères in the list of apps with account access;
3. choose Remove access.

Deleting the backup and associated data (by email)

Send an email to contact@heure-et-reperes.fr from the Google address used to sign in, with the subject “Heure & Repères account deletion”, to request deletion of your settings backup (if you had turned it on) and of any diagnostic data associated with your app installation. This is carried out within 30 days and confirmed by reply email.

What is deleted, what remains

• Removed: the app's access to your Google account and calendar (once you sign out and/or revoke access as above).
• Deleted on request: the settings backup tied to your account (appointments entered in the app, treatments, direct-call contact, preferences), within 30 days of your email.
• Not affected: your calendar itself (it stays in Google Calendar, untouched), and anonymous usage/diagnostic statistics that cannot be linked to your account. Local data (appointments and medications entered, settings, the contact photo — which never leaves the device) is removed when you uninstall the app.
