Heure & Repères

Privacy Policy — caregiver app

Aidant — Heure & Repères app (fr.chabeaudyq.momhelp.helper) — last updated: July 31, 2026

This policy covers Aidant — Heure & Repères, the app a caregiver installs on their own phone to prepare and follow the screen of the person they support. The screen app itself (Heure & Repères, package fr.chabeaudyq.momhelp) has its own, separate policy: the two apps do not process the same data.

The caregiver app works with a space tied to your Google account. That space is where the settings you prepare are stored, and where the connected screen sends what it shares with you. The person you support never signs in to any account: their device is authorised by an invitation link that you issue.

Data we collect

DataWhenPurpose
Your email address and Google account identifier When you sign in — the app is unusable without it Identifying the space that holds your settings, and proving that identity to the server (Google Sign-In, Firebase Authentication). Identity only: the app never asks for access to your calendar, contacts or files
The settings you prepare: appointments (labels and times), tracked treatments (medication names and times of day), the direct-call contact's name and phone number, display and voice preferences As you enter them Sending them to the connected screen (Cloud Firestore, encrypted in transit, readable by your account and by the devices you authorised). The contact's photo is never uploaded
Health data: whether the day's medication doses were confirmed on the screen Only if the shared-status feature is on for the connected screen Showing you whether today's doses were confirmed. The current day only — no history is kept, each day overwrites the previous one
Messages you write to the person you support Only when you send one Displaying the message on their screen, and telling you when it was read. Messages expire automatically
Invitation links you issue, and the list of authorised devices When you invite a device Connecting a screen to your space. An invitation is valid for 24 hours, can be used once, and is deleted once used. You can disconnect an authorised device at any time from the app
Anonymous usage statistics (screens viewed, features used — never the content of your appointments or messages) At all times Understanding usage and improving the app (Google Analytics for Firebase)
Crash and performance diagnostics (device model, OS and app version, stack traces) At all times Diagnosing crashes and monitoring performance (Firebase Crashlytics & Performance)

Health data

Medication confirmations are health data and are treated as such: they are shown to you only, in your space, only if the feature is enabled on the connected screen, and only for the current day. They are never sold, never shared with a third party, never used for advertising and never used to build a history or a profile.

How your data is protected

What we do not do

Third-party services used

Retention

Settings are kept as long as your space exists, so a replacement screen can be restored. Messages expire on their own (a few hours to two days). The shared medication status only ever holds the current day. Invitation tokens disappear once used, and at the latest after 24 hours.

Deleting your account and your data

You can disconnect an authorised device at any time from the app, and sign out to stop all exchanges. To have your space and everything it contains deleted, follow the procedure on the dedicated page: account deletion request.

Children

The app is a caregiving aid and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

This policy may evolve along with the app; the date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
